I am working with a parent (PA) who has requested an iPad for her visually impaired child (1st grade). Outside evals support this, which was used to develop to IEP. We did a revision and the school removed the iPad use for reading and math. Any guidance moving forward on how to make this happen? If school removed it, does parent get a PWN? Thanks!

In PA, the NOREP is the PWN.  If the ipad was removed from the IEP as an AT device, there should have been discussion by the IEP team and I would hope this would be noted on the NOREP too.  I would start with writing a parent letter of concern.  What is the school providing in place of the ipad so this student has the access in math & ELA that the ipad used to provide?
