Mom of two teens on IEP'S. Both with health impairments, social struggles and learning differences. I've had to become quite the warrior mom advocating for them in realms of both health care and education. Before having kids I was an artist and worked in theatre creating costumes. I LOVE cats and wouldn't mind becoming a "crazy old cat lady" surrounded by a dozen or so gatos. I'm a social justice warrior and have become really disheartened by how hard it has been to get my kids the services and accommodations that they need to be successful school.
