About Me

I am a mother of 2 teenagers; one with autism.  My career was in education, but I'm not currently teaching full time so I can be there for my son as he goes through his battles at school.  I love music, painting and just hanging out with my family.  I have always gone with the flow in IEP meetings, but not anymore.  I hired an advocate and was amazed at the difference she made.  I thought I might not get back in education, but now I want to learn more and advocate for others.
