My name is Mimi Somsanith. I am different.

Being different for me, however, didn't come with a price tag that my daughter has had to increasingly face simply because she was born with Trisomy21, aka Down Syndrome. The first official rejection she faced was when she was a toddler. Our society doesn't understand how she could learn. So, I'm showing the world how. Each first of the month, I post a YouTube video. Most of which are on strategies and struggles through which Ally has continued to surpass expectations, especially from educators.
