My name is Kristen I am the mom of 3 boys. My Youngest son Mason has just been Diagnosed with Mild ID, Autism, ADD and the testing continues. I have struggled with Mason and getting a Diagnosis for years. Allowing the school, Dr's and other professionals tell me that nothing was wrong and that I was just looking for something to be wrong. I have learned that this was not the case I had to fight for every option to test.  I have a Dr that is finally listening and thus how we finally got a diagnosis. although is was not the one I was expecting. It has made me want to learn more about the laws and in doing that have found out how much Mason has been neglected.  Never let anyone tell you or get you to believe other wise. Follow your gut as a momma you know.  You as a parent are the best Advocate. Ask for help it is out there.
