In School Suspension - Manifestation Determination Hearing?

Ann G replied to Tricia's question in Does This IEP Make Sense? What should I ask for?

I'm not sure, but I think Manifestation Determination meetings are held when the thought is to suspend a child for 10 days, or 10 days of suspensions have added up.
