November 17, 20223 yr Sarasota, FL area here. My child is in grade 3. Who feels an observation of class would be helpful? His grades are ALL over the place! A, C, or F. They (teacher and principal) have no interest in allowing it. Cited a legal items and now it's ok for a few minutes. Not the idea at all. Don't even care if it's electronic. please provide input

If he has an IEP, have you already had an IEP team meeting to discuss your concerns?
