    What if there was never an eligibility meeting where the evaluation or eligibility was reviewed with me? Is this the law? Federal, does this vary by state?

    First time posting. If I am doing this wrong please lmk and I will fix. 👍🏻 In PA: 1) What is the definition of an eligibility meeting or what constitutes an eligibility meeting? 2) What does my signature on the sig page for the evaluation report represent? 3) At what specific point in the process is the District required to send a NOREP to parents indicating eligibility for special Ed and related services? Where can I find all of this language in law or policy?
